This was a delightful combination on these cards. Along with the other Love You Always DSP cards that I have already made, I only 1/4 of a sheet of each of these colours. I cut the DSP in 5cm squares and layered it on contrasting card stock. The gray one was on Basic Gray, the light pink on Rococo Rose and the darker pink of Merry Merlot.
These in turn were placed on a layer of Sahara Sand, Blushing Bride and Rococo Rose which I ran through the Scripty Embossing folder.
This was placed on a base of the Basic Gray, Rococo Rose and Merry Merlot. I wanted to use the Oval Occasions Stamp set for the sentiment and the cute picture so on two of the cards I stamped it with Versamark and Silver Embossing Powder and on the other I used gold embossing powder. They were water coloured using Balmy Blue, Old Olive and the various shades of pink tones that I used for the cards. A rhinestone was added to the sentiment.
I plan to give these cards to three of my six grandchildren on Valentine’s Day. I need to make three more for the other three!!
