This month we had the challenge to use Black, White and one colour to create our project. When I saw the Simply Elegant suite in the new catalogue, I fell in love with it. I could see myself making beautiful boxes and cards with the DSP.

I chose to use the DSP as the highlight of the card. It is Black, Silvery white and Copper and this sheet of DSP is probably my favourite one! I placed it on Basic Black cardstock which was laid on a thick Basic White base. Before gluing it down, I added a strip of Basic black cardstock and faux linen ribbon from the Flowers from every Season ribbon combo pack.

Then I stamped the sentiment from the Elegantly Said stamp set included with the suite on Basic White with Versamark and embossed it in Copper. It was die cut using the Hippo and friends dies and glued to a piece of Basic Black cardstock to outline it.
I placed the sentiment on the card with dimensionals and added some Champagne rhinestones. This is a stunning card and I see lots of future possibilities for this DSP!!!
