We recently attended OnStage in Brisbane and the new Stampin’ Up! catalogue was released to those who attended. It was exciting to see demonstrators showcasing some of the products from it. As soon as I saw Beautiful Gallery, I knew right away that it was a suite that I must have. I could see so many possibilities for its use.
My daughter Jen and I recently had the privilege to co-introduce this suite to those who attended our retreat. Both of us made our projects separately and then came together to show what we had done. It was amazing to see the different ways in which we had used this suite.
The episode of Timeout Tuesday below show you some of my projects along with a demonstration of how they are made. I guarantee you will want this suite too! The DSP is stunning, as are the stamps, dies, embossing folder and so on. They pair beautifully with the new InColours – especially Cloud Cover and Secret Sea. I hope you can take the time to watch this ‘show and tell’ and that you can take inspiration from how easy it is to create a couple of delightful cards.
For my first card I used Cloud Cover, Peach Pie, Lost Lagoon and Basic White cardstock. I added the Beautiful Gallery DSP and the embossing folder (Damask EF) as well as the dies and embellishments.

The card is a favourite of mine. I love Cloud Cover Cardstock. I added one of the beautiful Mixed Labels dies for the sentiment. These are also so beautiful. The detail on them is stunning and it adds a special touch to the sentiment.

My second card uses another new colour, Secret Sea, for the base and for the front along with Cloud Cover (embossed with Damask EF). I embossed the flower in Versamark, adding White embossing powder. The panel is then placed on Basic White and placed on the embossed panel. Inside the card, there is a white panel with the flower (stamped off) and another sentiment.

My final card uses a base of Mossy Meadow, and two embossed strips of the DSP. I then added a piece of the Beautiful Gallery (with roses) to this and a sentiment stamped in Mossy Meadow and some Basic Beige ribbon.

There are so many more ideas to use with this suite and I feel it is going to be a favourite in the new catalogue.
