Nothing gives me as much pleasure as seeing a beautiful garden full of flowers or walking past a flower shop and seeing all the beautiful blooms. Thankful Garden is an online suite that will also bring you much joy as you see what you create with it.

The DSP is quite strongly coloured, but, if you use it in the right way you can make beautiful cards. If you like that, then use it whatever way you wish!!!
I am showing you three cards that I have created this week. The first one is on a base of Garden Green. I used the DSP as the first layer, and after adding a circle from Spotlight on Nature dies to it, I used the Thankful Garden masks to make some flowers. The Real Red one tones in well with the DSP. I splattered some garden green ink on the card and finished it off with ‘Thank you’ and some iridescent gems.

The second card I made uses the Textured Notes Die as a platform for my flowers, coloured this time in Fresh Freesia and Old Olive. I lightened the flower with the Colour Lifter and added some Wink of Stella. A piece of White Glitter diecut leaves was added under the flower. The circle with the sentiment is punched from one of our circle punches. Some Purple Adhesive Backed Gems were added to finish it off. This panel is added to a Basic White base with some Fresh Freesia DSP.

The final card today uses more of the DSP on a Textured Notes Die. I used the oval from the Storybook Friends dies (centre of ornate frame) for the sentiment. Behind the sentiment I just added some White die-cut leaves and white ribbon. It is all placed on Basic White cardstock. This is a very simple card but very effective. Some Earthtone Shimmer gems were added to the sentiment. This card was inspired by Susan Campfield.

I have had fun creating these for you and hope you are inspired to recreate them in your colours.
