Florals in Bloom

This was one of the stamp sets that we received at Onstage at our evening workshop. I bought the DSP and finally got around to using it this week.

My first card was inspired by Donna Ross of Stamp Sophisticates . The card is placed on a Basic White base and I used Stylish Shapes to cut out some squares to add detail to the front of the card. I fussy cut some flowers from one of the DSP sheets and diecut the large roses. These were placed on a white base to decorate the square feature. The finished layer was placed on a Pretty in Pink layer. Party Dots added some sparkle to the card and I used embossing for the sentiment.

For my second card I stamped lots of hyacinths from the stamp set and die cut them out. These were layered on a white cardstock to which I added some colour from blends. This had been cut out with the Deckled Rectangles. The sentiment was stamped on the bottom and some brass butterflies were added.

The final card used various different DSP sheets and the colours Petunia Pop, Shy Shamrock and Summer Splash. The cards were inspired by one by Lisa Freeman. Exposed Brick Embossing folder was used to highlight the strip. and I used some 24- 26 In Colour Sparkle Gems to each card.

I hope you like what I produced with this suite.
