I have used this set before but thought I would use up some more scraps. I stamped different coloured scraps with clear ink and used white embossing powder on top. I then punched them out with the Balloon punch. I placed them randomly on the white cardstock on the strings and added some coloured stars and the beautiful reversible Coastal Cabana/ Grany Apple Smith ribbon from the 2019 Occasions Catalogue.. The sentiment was stamped on red and punched out with the Tailored Tag punch.
The inside of the card uses another of the sentiments ‘Let us celebrate and the small balloons from the Balloon punch.
This was actually a really easy card to make and I think it looks quite effective!!
