This stamp set is part of a suite in the 2019 Occasions Catalogue, called ‘Classic Garage’. It was demonstrated at OnStage in Melbourne and I thought it could be a useful addition to my card making. I bought the suite and the embellishments and papers and ribbon.
For this card I cut two pieces of Classic Garage DSP and joined them together. I added a piece of Black/Silver Metallic ribbon along the join and placed it on a Gray Granite cardstock.
I then stamped and embossed in silver two of the sentiments. I cut out the top sentiment using the Rectangle Stitched framelits and placed them both on a small piece of Crushed Curry leftover cardstock.
For added interest, I tied two of the metal elements on to a piece of the ribbon and placed them under the top sentiment. I actually like the result a lot and this would also make a great card for male birthday by changing the bottom sentiment.
