I again was drawn to this free paper, Berry Blessings, that is in the Sale-a-Bration catalogue. This is a Level 2 award. In other words you need to spend $180 to receive this free. I paired it up with the Quite Curvy Bundle to make these cards. The effect is just beautiful and gives an added interest to the front layer.
The DSP is layered on Blackberry Bliss for the first card. I used the Curvy Die to cut out the curved shape and then stamped the sentiment with Versamark and heat set it with White embossing powder. The wonderful things about these photopolymer stamps is that you can place it on the card and move it into the shape you want before placing the clear block on top to keep that shape before stamping. That way the sentiment follows the shape of the curve!
I added two little white heart embellishments on either side of the sentiment for interest. These are resin hearts from Snail Mail Suite.
For the second card I used a different curvy die for the DSP. This was then placed on Garden Green card stock and the sentiment stamped on this in the same way as above. I added some splatters with the chalk marker.
Along the bottom of the card I placed some white linen ribbon from Flowers for every Season combo and some Blackberry Bliss striped ribbon. I then added bow with the Crinkle white ribbon.
Both cards are place on a Basic White base.
